TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All booking’s require a refundable €20 booking deposit to be made over the phone or online.

All booking deposits are refundable on the day of your photoshoot, the only time we, Grafton Photography will retain the full amount is in the case of a last minute cancellation. Last minute cancellation is deemed strictly 48 hour’s notice or less. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour timeframe, please notify the team as soon as possible. Your voucher is also lost in the case of cancellation. To rebook you must purchase another voucher, or contact the studio for a direct booking fee as well as a new refundable booking deposit. For direct booking client’s, only the deposit will be retained due to cancellation. Your sitting fee will not be lost and can be rescheduled to a time that suit’s by contacting the team directly via phone or e-mail. In the case of booking deposit refund, please note the deposit can ONLY be refunded into the card that was used to make the original online booking. Cardholder must be present at time of in store refund via our card terminal system. Cash refund’s are not available and we cannot transfer money into alternative credit card’s/ account’s.

Due to the nature of digital photography, once  image’s have been transferred to a client online, after they have made their final purchase, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances. They cannot be returned as they can still be retained by the recipient. This is why we have a same day editing and selection in store service so client’s understand fully what they are buying as a verbal agreement. Under consumer legislation( Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980) consumer’s have no grounds for redress due to change of mind, retailers are not obliged to give refunds or credit notes under the above circumstances even if shown proof of purchase. However, if you purchase print’s, frames or canvases from us and there is an error in the manufacture of the product please contact the team as soon as possible, and return item to the studio where we can look after it. Groupon Vouchers cannot be refund by Grafton Photography under any circunstancies.  If you have any queries on our return and refund policy please contact our team straight away.

All viewing’s take place on the same day of your shoot. If you need to make an appointment to come back another day, an appointment is processed the same as an appointment for a photoshoot. Viewing appointment’s require a  €20 booking fee to secure your date and time. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies on all booking’s. Should you not make your appointment on the day and the notification is less than 48 hours then your fee is retained and a new fee is needed to book you in for another day. All booking fee’s can be deducted from your final purchase order’s. Please note that sending watermarked pictures or retrieving previously deleted images, no longer stored, incur’s a processing fee of €15 also.
